Orders & Shipping
We ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your bundles are on their way.
The 2-3 day processing time is in addition to the shipping time provided at checkout so please plan accordingly if you need the hair for a specific date!
Standard shipping across Canada takes 3–5 business days. Need it faster? Select express at checkout for 1–2 day delivery. All orders are shipped from within the Greater Toronto Area.
Not yet - we currently only ship within Canada. But we're working on changing that!
We don’t have a storefront or pickup location at this time. But if you’re in the GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, North York, Burlington, Etobicoke, etc.) and need hair same-day, DM us on Instagram - we may be able to coordinate an Uber Parcel delivery, depending on availability. Checkout our "Hair on Hand" FAQ section below for more details!

Hair on Hand - Uber Parcel Deliveries
It’s our express-delivery option for GTA customers who need hair bundles ASAP. Through “Hair on Hand,” you can order in-stock hair online and arrange courier delivery via Uber Parcel - often same day or next morning.
- Confirm the item is in stock on sownhair.com, if the item shows as “Pre-Order” or “Out of Stock” it is not available for same/next day delivery.
- DM us on Instagram (@sownhair) to check availability and timing for a Hair on Hand handoff
- Place your order online and select “Hair on Hand – Uber Parcel” at checkout, a $10 convenience fee will be automatically added at checkout.
- DM us your order # and we will then coordinate the same or next-day hand-off.
- Book and pay for the Uber Parcel through your personal Uber account. In the DM conversation, we will share an exact pickup time + location (near Oakville GO Station)
- Share the Uber Parcel trip with us so we can follow along
- At the scheduled time, we will hand your hair off to the Uber Parcel courier. Note that once the hair is handed off, you assume responsibility for it. Any damage or loss needs to be disputed directly with Uber.
Hand-off times vary based on availability so DM us to confirm a time-slot, generally you can expect the following:
- Fri–Mon: Handoffs between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Tue–Thu: Handoffs between 6:00–8:00 AM or 7:00–9:00 PM.
To try for same-day delivery, please DM us before 6:00 PM. After that, we may only be able to schedule for the next morning.
We’ll share exact pickup details with you via Instagram DM once your order is confirmed.
Pickup will be near the Oakville GO Station in Oakville, ON. You can use 60 Old Mill Road, Oakville, ON L6L 7W1 as the address to check Uber Parcel pricing and availability.
No - this program only supports delivery via Uber Parcel. We do not accept personal pickups or other courier services.
Unfortunately, no. We’ll try our hardest if you contact us by the cut-off, but sometimes constraints (timing, courier availability) mean delivery may only happen next morning.
Once we hand off the hair to the Uber Parcel driver, the package is under your responsibility. According to Uber’s policy, they do not maintain insurance for packages, and any claims for lost/damaged items must be filed with Uber directly. (Uber) By choosing Hair on Hand, you accept this risk.
Returns & Refunds
Yes! We get it - sometimes things don’t work out. If your bundles aren’t exactly what you had in mind, we’ve got you.
You’ve got 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Just email us at hello@sownhair.com and we’ll take it from there.
Here’s what we need:
- Hair must be unworn, unwashed, and untouched with all original tags and packaging still intact.
- If the tags are removed, we can’t accept the return (we know you understand).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (minus the shipping costs). You’re responsible for shipping the hair back to us.

Yes, return shipping is at your cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds take 5–10 business days to hit your card, depending on your bank.
Hair & Product Info
Yes - 100% cuticle-aligned human hair. No synthetics, no fillers, no BS.
Raw = unprocessed, longer lifespan, can be bleached to #613 (platinum blonde).
Refined = steam-treated for shape and texture, easier day-to-day styling.
With proper care, 2–5 years, depending on the hair type. Raw hair lasts longest.
Absolutely. Refined hair lifts up to #27 (warm cinnamon blonde). Raw hair can be lifted to #613 (platinum blonde).
